An ancestral activity born from the art of firing clay. Now industrialised, it requires precise temperature control throughout the production process to transform natural materials into building materials. Insulation and sealing are essential both for controlling heat flow and for managing energy costs.

- Anti-abrasive, anti-corrosive solutions…
- Standalone installation without structural modification

Butterfly valve and damper sealing
- Lifespan > 4 years in daily use
- Correction and compensation of misalignments and deformations
- Easy and very quick assembly : 1 frame = 1 complete seal
- Flexible & compressible
- Standalone installation without structural modification regardless of the model (Stack damper, Butterfly damper, Louver damper…)
- Removable for maintenance
- Excellent abrasion resistance

Insulation Jacket
-
Limits heat loss to save energy and improve the efficiency of your system
-
Reduces energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions
-
Provides protection against burns from the touch.
Insulation is commonly used in applications where there is a large temperature difference between the process and the ambient air. In this case, the aim is to limit convection and conduction of the hot element.
Each thermal insulation unit is custom-made with materials adapted to its specific requirements. It generally consists of insulation encapsulated in a thermally resistant fabric, "on the warm side", and a waterproof finishing fabric, "on the cold side".
Its scope of application is vast and its variations varied; it can also meet additional constraints, such as mechanical and chemical ones.

Protection for critical cables/flexibles/hoses up to 1390°C
-
Protects cables/flexibles/hoses against extreme accidents: flashbacks, molten material splashes, slag, etc., and limits unexpected production stoppages.
-
Provides effective, long-lasting protection against daily process-related damage: heat, abrasion, projections
-
Increases the service life of cables/hoses by >20% with a very tangible ROI
-
Limits maintenance and increases equipment service life
-
Modularity and adaptability: slips onto your cables/hoses independently
- Withstands temperatures up to 1390°C with excellent resistance to direct flames.
- Fire protection for critical cables (emergency stop hoses, fire alarm hoses, fire extinguisher cables, etc.).
- Flexibility and bendability retained
- Can be overbraided at our factory directly on your equipment
- Numerous options available Simple terminations or with connectors:

Mobile insulation for bogie furnaces using Millboard Nefalit®
- Withstands rapid and frequent temperature changes (loading/unloading and cycles)
- Excellent retention of mechanical properties at high temperatures (resistance to weight, rolling, vibrations, etc.)
- Light enough to reduce heat loss, but dense enough to ensure mechanical strength (Excellent compromise between lightweight fiber and heavy refractory material)
- Reduces energy consumption and maintains even heating in the oven
- Low thermal conductivity, limits heat loss from the base.
- Wide range of bio-persistent products, heat resistant up to 1500°C
- Available in sizes 1000*1000 mm, 1500*1000 mm and 2000*1000 mm, easily cut with a utility knife
- Good compatibility with differences in expansion of the top layer (refractory bricks, poured concrete, etc.)
- Standalone installation

Sealing of furnace wagons/kiln cars
- Ensures thermal sealing and shock absorption during the process
- Heat flow control
- Protection of the wagon's mechanical systems
- Bumper seals supplied in lengths or rolls
