For decades, we have been working with the leading tableware glass manufacturers, adapting to new sizes, shapes, weights, colours, material developments and various innovations.

  • Easily adapts to existing equipment
  • No glass marking due to a "soft" contact
  • Excellent thermal and mechanical resistance
  • Unmatched lifespan

Specific contacts

(Forming-bombing, banderillas, transport cages-baskets,…)

  • No thermal shock or marking at contact points

Another very delicate phase during which the glass must not be subjected to any thermal shock with the supports/frames-skeletons on which it will take its final shape.

  • Limits thermal shock
  • Fits perfectly with existing equipment
  • No glass marking due to a "soft" contact
  • Excellent thermal and mechanical resistance

Sealing of the axes (top roll and camera) on float furnaces

(Reduces hydrogen output  and oxygen input, preventing tin haze from forming on the glass surface.)

Custom-made Bellows, adapted to your production equipment.

  • Optimize the maintenance of the TIN COUNT value (tin value) within standards.
  • VS Stainless steel Bellows:
  • Accept a wide working angle
  • Increased service life and sealing quality
    • Accept a greater working angle
    • Increased lifespan and improved sealing quality
  • Hot side made of high temperature textile (1000°C), resistant to flashback compared to a classic textile construction and cold side silicon coated to protect from external elements.
  • Quick fastening due to textile loops ensuring long-term fastening.

Attached example:   Float furnace 70 m long producing approximately 530 tonnes of glass /day.

Oven temperature 1100° / Tin bath temperature 1000°.

Flat glass flow rate: 5 to 20 meters/min depending on the thickness of the glass.

Installation of 28 bellows across all axles.

Insulation Jacket

  • Limits heat loss to save energy and improve the efficiency of your system

  • Reduces energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions

  • Provides protection against burns from the touch.

Insulation is commonly used in applications where there is a large temperature difference between the process and the ambient air. In this case, the aim is to limit convection and conduction of the hot element.

Each thermal insulation unit is custom-made with materials adapted to its specific requirements. It generally consists of insulation encapsulated in a thermally resistant fabric, "on the warm side", and a waterproof finishing fabric, "on the cold side".

Its scope of application is vast and its variations varied; it can also meet additional constraints, such as mechanical and chemical ones.

visuel 96 - groupe protection de cables

Protection of critical cables/flexibles/hoses up to 1390°C

  • Protection of cables / flexibles / hoses against extreme accidents : flashback, projection of molten materials, slag… and limits unscheduled production stoppages.

  • Provides effective and lasting protection against daily process-related aggressions : heat, abrasion, splashes

  • Increases the lifespan of cables/flexible cables by >20% with a very tangible ROI

  • Reduces maintenance and increases equipment lifespan

  • Modularity and adaptability  : it slips onto your cables/flexible hoses independently

  • Withstands temperatures up to 1390°C with excellent resistance to direct flames
  • Fire protection of critical cables ( emergency stop hoses, fire alarm hoses, fire extinguisher cables, etc. )
  • Flexibility and bendability maintained
  • Over-braiding is available at our factory, directly on your equipment.
  • Numerous options available, including simple terminations or terminations with connectors:
